Position: Office Administrator
Term: Temp - Permanent
Hours: Full Time
Hourly rate: Up to £14.00 per hour
Location: Royal Wotton Bassett
Main Duties:
- Providing general office support to the day-to-day operations of the business
- Answering, making phone calls and taking messages
- Responding to emails and enquiries
- Liaising with other employees, customers, external suppliers and subcontractors
- Using various software packages for data capture
- Booking in client appointments for servicing and repairs
- Assisting with accounts preparation
- Filing
Candidate Requirements:
- Experienced Administrator with a proven background
- Well presented, with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- To be proactive, organised and proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Excel
- Ability to learn new skills
- Must be able to work independently
- Good attention to detail and client relationship skills is important.
